The Land's End 100 Sportive Medium Route starts and finishes at Folly Field, Marazion, near Penzance. It covers a total distance of approximately 71 miles (114 km) with approximately 4,750 ft (1,450 m) of climbing and gradients upto 20%. The route will will be electronically chip timed and each participant will receive a Gold, Silver, or Bronze medal based on the completion time for their appropriate age and gender category. The route was revised in 2019 and now takes in Portreath and King Edward Mines. All riders must start before 09:00 hrs and you must be finished by 17:00 hrs. To complete this route you must be able to maintain a minimum pace of 10 mph and stop for no more than 10 minutes at each feed station. You have two feed stations. The first is at St Just Sports Centre (22 miles from the start) and the second is at Portreath Millennium Hall (TR16 4LP) - 50 miles from the start.
